WE WILL PROVIDE A 1 YEAR 3RD PARTY WARRANTY WITH EACH BUILDING. THEY ARE ALL IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE. YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO THE INSIDE OF THE UNIT. ANY EXTERNAL CHANGES WILL HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY THE P.O.A. ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE (the developer until all units are sold).

The boat slip formed by the deck from unit #2 will sell with unit #2. It is included in the price.

units 1,2 & 3 have a full kitchen w/ refrigerator, full bathroom w/ stand up shower & washer & dryer!
there is some furniture in each one that can be part of the deal.

unit #4 has a garage but is not furnished (owner currently occupying).

1,2 & 3 have central heat & air.

#4 has two built in 15000btu combo heat/air units. it also has a basement garage.
